The colour is ruby red with blue-violet reflections. The scent of it is good and simultaneously complex. To the sense of smell, the floral and fruity notes are well balanced by an elegant spicy trait. The aroma of Mediterranean scrubs combined with an unusual salinity closes the wine in the finish with a savoury taste.
In the mouth it presents with good tenacity, is not invasive, and is always balanced, allowing the wine for great length. The Montanaru stays in the cellar for at least six months in carats from 20 hectolitres, with an optimal capacity to maintain the harmonious floral scent. For the fruit to remain harmonious and at the same time to increase the fineness of the bouquet.
